Our licensing is per student. This
means a school may have Imagine Learning English on any computer where
the program will be used. For example, if a school has 25
licenses, the program may be installed on more than 25 computers, but only 25
children may be enrolled in the program. If a school has 200
licenses, the program may only be on 30 computers, but up to 200
students may be enrolled.
Printing within Imagine Learning English is very
controlled. A teacher or administrator may select the level of printing
for a group. The levels are: full, partial and
none. A student using the program five times per week for 20
minutes can expect an average of two printouts per week on full, one
printout every other week on partial, and no printouts on
none. This setting may be changed at any time under the group settings.
Once any level of printing is enabled, a student, upon completing an
activity, has the option of clicking a "print" button. Once
the student clicks the print button once, it disappears. No
student can print multiple copies the same item from Imagine Learning.
