Organizations using an iBoss content filtering system may experience some or all these problems:
- students are unable to log in
- students are unable to see images required to answer questions
- students are unable to play Warm-Up Games
iBoss has confirmed that the underlying issue is corrected in a firmware patch (version 220.127.116.11.0).
This issue results from a problem caused and corrected by iBoss. If you use iBoss to filter content, ensure that you are using a version greater than or equal to 18.104.22.168.0.
