Older versions of iBoss content filtering cause student issues

Organizations using an iBoss content filtering system may experience some or all these problems:  

  • students are unable to log in
  • students are unable to see images required to answer questions
  • students are unable to play Warm-Up Games

iBoss has confirmed that the underlying issue is corrected in a firmware patch (version 8.1.1.2.0).

Workaround

This issue results from a problem caused and corrected by iBoss. If you use iBoss to filter content, ensure that you are using a version greater than or equal to 8.1.1.2.0.
